1.What are negative pressure exhaust fans?
Negative pressure fan uses the cooling principle of air convection and negative pressure ventilation. It is a kind of natural inhalation of fresh air from the opposite side of the installation location-the door or window, and quickly forces the indoor hot gas to be discharged to the outside, which has achieved the effect of ventilation and cooling.
2. Different types of negative pressure exhaust fans
According to the driving force, it can be divided into belt-type negative pressure fans and direct-drive negative pressure fans.
Belt-driven negative pressure fans effectively discharge indoor hot air and pollutants to the outside by creating a pressure difference between the inside and outside of the greenhouse. The fan casing is made of high-quality galvanized sheet and aluminum-plated material that has been oxidized, which has strong corrosion resistance and provides a more efficient and economical ventilation and cooling solution.
Direct-drive negative pressure fans eliminate the loss of belt transmission, and the motor is directly connected to the fan blades to reduce energy waste. Direct-drive negative pressure fans do not need to replace belts regularly, reduce maintenance costs, have less wear on components, and have a longer overall service life.

- Low investment and low energy consumption. With the same cooling rate, the one-time investment is about one-sixth of that of air conditioners, and the operating cost is about one-tenth of that of air conditioners;

4. Cooling principle of the negative pressure exhaust fans
- Ventilation cooling: The temperature of the place that needs ventilation is higher than the outdoor temperature due to the sun shining on the heat sources such as buildings, machinery and equipment, and human bodies. Negative pressure fans can quickly discharge indoor heat, making the room temperature equal to the outside temperature, so that the indoor temperature does not rise.
