This advanced soil sensor is specifically engineered for real-time monitoring of soil moisture, temperature, and humidity, and is fully compatible with the PKYDrip smart irrigation and fertigation control systems.
By analyzing the dielectric properties of different soil types, the sensor accurately converts dielectric constant (Ka) to volumetric water content (θv) through a calibrated model. This model is based on laboratory data from eight distinct soil types, resulting in water content readings that are 3–5 times more accurate than traditional methods.
